How do I scan a product?
Tap the Scanner tab, point your camera at a product barcode, and Verafy will identify the product and display its health score. You can also enter a barcode manually.
How does scoring work?
Verafy aggregates verification from certification bodies and regulatory authorities — USDA Organic, FDA, EWG, EPA Safer Choice, NSF, USP, ConsumerLab, Non-GMO Project, MADE SAFE, Leaping Bunny, and more. Every product is cross-referenced against thousands of classified substances and over 25 verification sources.
Each product receives one of four verification tiers, reflecting the strength of evidence available:
- Verafied — Strong verification from multiple primary sources (cert body record + COA + cross-reference)
- Strong — Solid verification from one primary cert body or multiple secondary sources
- Partial — Some verification exists but key categories are missing or weak
- Not Verafied yet — Insufficient evidence to verify; we tell you what we don't know

How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Verafy > Cancel.
Android: Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > Verafy > Cancel.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data including scan history, health assessment, and account information.
How do I report incorrect product data?
Email support@getverafy.app with the product barcode and a description of the issue. Our team will investigate and update the data.
